01. Small group – Stronger bonds
Small groups : After many years collecting feedback from pilots, we’ve decided to limit the number of participants in each group to maximize the time we allow each one of you. In our vision, the bond between you and your coach is essential. This time will be used to get to know you better in order to help you build your own progression’s path with perfectly tailored tools and methods adapted to your own internal language.
02. Priority on mental training and practice over theory
At Co-Pilot, each coach knows how important mental state is, for your personal progression and we therefore put a lot of attention and care in listening to your mental state and adapting our exercises accordingly. Each coach is always there to help you achieve your best and unlock your potential. On the other hand we deeply think that putting every information that we give into practical context (visualization, simulation, video debriefing, mental training, etc.) helps you to understand everything better than every endless theoretical briefing.
03. Focusing on overall skills expertise instead of incident-driven processes and solutions
At Co-pilot we don’t ask you to automate a series of pre-set movements but help you to improve and widen your deep understanding of piloting in order to always react to any situation with a situation-adapted answer. Doing so, we ensure that your next flights back home will be safer not only because you “feel” safer but because you indeed became a better and safer pilot thanks to our workshop.
